  They were nice and great with follow ups through the time we signed a contract and everything went downhill from there. They failed to delivery on things they promised they were going to do. The project manager was terrible and never followed up. Further, they billed us for things they did not finish stating that they are "nearly" finished. This is a bad company and bad people.
